Create a Guaranteed Market for Your Business

Some conditions apply if my method of selling a business for cash is going to work for you.

  1. You must have an active, ongoing and profitable business. My method will not work if
    • you don't have an actual operating business, and you are just trying to sell an idea for starting one
    • your business is already closed or is about to close down
    • your business is ailing, failing and unprofitable, without cash assets or a positive cash flow
    • My method will work best if a significant part of the value of your business is comprised of good will. If your business value is wholly comprised of real assets and is not intended to generate value in the form of good will, then this may not be the best way for you to go about selling your business.
    • Time is of the essence. It takes some time to implement my method of selling your business for cash. If you must sell right now, or your time frame is measured in months rather than years, then it is probably too late for me to help you.
    • I know my method will work in Ontario, Canada because that is where I live, and I have used it over the years to succesfully help many Ontario business owners.
      • It should work equally well across Canada, though regulatory variations in some provinces may influence the outcome in small ways
      • It should work in many other countries where
        • business ownership regulations are similar
        • the laws governing parnerships and corporations are similar
        • the banking and insurance industries operate similarly
        to those in Canada.
        In other words, it is likely to work in more or less the same way in almost any developed nation with a functioning democratic government. It is up to you to get the professional advice you need to make sure it will work for your business in your location.
        I only guarantee it will work in Canada, but it would surprise me if it did not work in the U.S.A., the U.K. or anywhere else in the E.U., in India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand or Israel. I'm rather dubious about it working properly in China, Russia, or most Islamic, totalitarian or communist states.
      • I only guarantee my method to work in Canada. If you are considering using it outside Canada then you do so entirely at your own risk, and I will not refund any of the price of your purchase of my book.
    • If you want me personally to make this work for you, then I have the necessary licensing to so in Ontario, Canada. I can make my knowledge and experience available to your professional advisors in other jurisdictions, but I cannot personally assist you outside of Ontario.
